Welcome to the 66th Glenwood Park Livestock Exposition. This year's show will be held on April 13, 2024 at the Loudoun County Fairgrounds near Leesburg, VA. Please take time to read the information below.

Please make sure you review all the RULES prior to entering the system. There are a number of new rules for 2024 and you are responsible for reading and complying.

On April 13th beef entries are to be checked in by 8:30 am and sheep entries by 9:30 am. You can view the full schedule with the rules. Beef show begins at 9:30 am. Sheep show begins at 10:30 am.

Entry Fees: Beef entry fees are $15.00/hd and an additional $5.00/hd for Bred and Owned entries. Sheep entry fees are $10.00/hd and an additional $5.00/hd for Bred and Owned entries. Entries and fees are due by March 19th at 6:00pm. Late entries will be accepted until March 26th at double the entry fee including bred and owned entries. There will be no day of entries for either beef or sheep entries. All fees to be paid by credit card. There are no entry fees for showmanship.

Please make sure that you have the following information on hand prior to beginning the entry process.

4-H families plan to enter all family members entries at same time.

REGISTERED/PUREBRED Heifers, Rams, and Ewes:

Registration numbers, tattoo information, and animals' REGISTERED name or ID will be required for all Registered Heifers, Rams, and Ewes.

***You will be required to upload a copy of the Registration Certificate for each Registered Animal you enter.*** IF PENDING, please indicate and upload document stating pending status.

Beef commercial heifers and market/feeder entries: You will be asked to list a tag. If none please indicate with 0.

Sheep entries you will need animals' scrapie tag number.

SHOWMANSHIP: Every exhibitor must enter in the appropriate Showmanship Class in which they have animals entered. You are NOT required to show in both species but must participate in one or the other. You may enter in both.

IMPORTANT LOG-IN INFORMATION: ALL 4-H youth must use the GREEN "Sign-In with 4-H Online" button to access the entry system. Please check with your local 4-H Agent to make sure you/your child are enrolled and approved in the 4-H Online system prior to beginning the entry process. You will need your 4-H Online log-in credentials - if you do not know which email you used or are not familiar with 4-H Online, please contact your local 4-H Agent or Extension Office PRIOR to beginning this process. All youth entering as an FFA member will use the open Email/Password boxes and BLUE "Sign-In" button to access the entry system. Failure to follow these directions will result in your entries being rejected and the need to resubmit.
