The 167th Harwinton Fair will be Friday, Saturday and Sunday October 4th, 5th and 6th 2024.

Entry fees have been eliminated, free entry passes will only be given to exhibitors providing on-site care of animals and to competitors.

New hours

• Friday 4-9:30 pm (buildings close at 9 pm)
• Saturday 9 am-9:30 pm (buildings close at 9 pm)
• Sunday 9 am-6 pm
• Exhibit pick up time Sunday 5:30–6:30 pm

Tag pick up / exhibit drop off

Tags may be picked at the Fair Secretary’s office when dropping off entries:

• Wednesday 6-8 pm
• Thursday 6-8 pm
• Friday before 4 pm.

Exhibitors must have their entries on display before 4 pm Friday, late entries may not be judged. Exhibits must be removed Sunday 5:30–6:30 pm.

All youth require permission from a legal guardian to enter.

The Fair Secretary or department superintendent may refuse any entry that is not in the best interest of the Fair.

No dogs or pets will be allowed on the Fairgrounds.

All stock or articles competing for premiums must be entered by the secretary in their respective classes with name of exhibitors. Names must not be shown on exhibits until judging is completed.

Any evidence of contagious or infectious diseases will result in animals being rejected for entrance. All animals must be in compliance with the Connecticut Fair and Show Requirements
