Welcome to the 2024 Shenandoah County 4-H/FFA Livestock Show and Sale online entry system!

Please scroll down for a summary of deadlines for each species. The entry fee is $5/head for each animal to be shown. Market animals registered as "extras" are free. A $25 late fee/head applies after the deadline for each species.

Here are some tips for using this system.

• Recommended browsers: Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Older versions of Internet Explorer may cause unexpected behavior.
• If you are enrolled in 4-H this year, sign in using your 4honline account. It will automatically have all of your information entered and you just need to add your animals.
• If you are enrolled in FFA only, then sign in through the FairEntry log-in. If you set up an account in FairEntry last year, your information should still be there. Just add animals.
• Register all entries for each exhibitor in the family before proceeding to the Payment section.
• Be sure to add the correct showmanship class in every species for every exhibitor! If this is your first time showing that species, you should choose either Senior Novice or Junior Novice.
• Be sure to click the “Submit” button when you have completed your entries. Entries are not final until they have been submitted. This was a big problem last year.
• Print off a copy of your invoice and bring or mail it to the Extension Office with your check, payable to "Treasurer,VT" for your entry fees. We can accept exact change if you pay in cash, but no credit cards can be accepted.
• Check your email inbox for a confirmation email with a list of your entries.

If you are having trouble with FairEntry, please call the Extension Office at 540-459-6140. Do not call the Fair Office, as the help videos suggest.

SHEEP

Entries DUE MAY 1, 2024 for market lambs and JUNE 14, 2024, for breeding sheep. Late entries for market lambs will be accepted until the end of the weigh-in on June 1 at $25/head. Late entries for breeding sheep will be accepted until July 12, 2024, at $25/head.

SWINE

Entries DUE MAY 1, 2024. Late entries for market hogs will be accepted until the end of the weigh-in on June 1, at $25/head. Late entries for breeding gilts will be accepted until July 12, 2024, at $25/head.

GOATS

Entries DUE MAY 1, 2024 Late entries for market goats will be accepted until the end of the weigh-in on June 1, at $25/head. Late entries for breeding does will be accepted until July 12, 2023, at $25/head.

DAIRY

Entries due May 1, 2024. Late entries will be accepted until July 12, 2024, at $25 per animal.
