Dear Family, Friends, and Neighbors,

This year we celebrate the 2024 Clinton County 4-H & Youth Fair! The motto of our fair is “Where Friends Meet and Memories Are Made”.

The Fair is our opportunity to showcase the skills and talents of Clinton County 4-H and FFA members and to provide them with opportunities to demonstrate their leadership skills as well.

Fair is a community effort each year to celebrate the hard work and accomplishments of our 4-H & Youth. As you walk around the fairgrounds this year, take a few minutes to soak in the “Rich History” that has been preserved by the volunteers and leaders that have all come before us.

Fair Registration will run from June 1st through July 1st. We will NOT be accommodating late entries this year in the Fair Entry Process. Entries not entered into the Fair Entry system by July 1st deadline can be brought to the Fair Office Late Entry Station on Saturday, July 27th from 10am - 12noon. Late entries will not have exhibit cards made for them. Late stall fees will be enforced.

* NEW THIS YEAR - we will be doing stall reservations through the FAIR ENTRY process. To reserve animal space at the fair you must select the Stalling Depart and select the stalls you need. Failure to reserve stall space by the deadline will result in a non-refundable $50.00 fee/stall. The stall deposit is $20 for each stall/pen & must be paid before the animals are put in the barn at the Fair. Deposits can be paid:

• July 15^th – 19^th at the Clinton County Extension Office, Garden Level of the Courthouse
  • 10am to 4pm
• Saturday July 20th during Fairgrounds set-up at the Fairgrounds
  • 10am – 12noon
• Saturday July 27^th at the Fairgrounds
  • 10am to 12noon

*Members must have their stall card before bringing animals in on Saturday
